You can now view tutorials and other information on various site features and functions.  I still have to write a tutorial on the most basic function of searching, but the rest of the tutorials for the site are complete.

To view these tutorials, please go to the "articles" link at the bottom of the site.

With the exception of searching, you will be able to find a tutorial for everything that you can do on Love My FTM. Please let us know if we left anything out or you still have questions.

We also have two new options available for feedback and support.

You can report bugs, suggest features, and provide other feedback using our new feedback forum provided by uservoice.  You can go to lovemyftm.uservoice.com or use the "feedback" link at the bottom of the page.

If you need individualized support or need our staff to take action, please use the "support request" link.

This will take you to our new ticketing system.  Our new ticketing system allows us to keep better track of support requests and problems reported so that we can get bugs fixed sooner.

You will also be able to keep track of tickets that you have submitted previously and our response to the ticket.
